A Bit About Me

I’m the founder and CEO of Enjoying Life Fully, dedicated to empowering clients, teen girls, and youth to thrive. My mission is to create a transformative space where clients can experience  growth, fulfillment, and harmony in life personally and professionally. It's my privilege to guide individuals through meaningful change, helping them align their lives with purpose and happiness.

Guinera champions and supports clients as a Transformational and Breakthrough Coach.   Notably, Guinera is a Certified Advanced Grief Support Specialist, having obtained certification from the prestigious Grief Recovery Institute®. She further honed her expertise by earning the credentials of Certified Professional Coach (iPEC) and Certified Breakthrough Life Coach (Life Breakthrough Academy), Certified Mental Health Coach (Light University), certification in Psychological First Aid (Johns Hopkins University), Mental Health First Aid (National Council for Mental Wellbeing), Mental Health Youth First Aid (National Council for Mental Wellbeing), Mental and Behavioral Health Disorders (Light University), and QPR Gatekeeper Certificate (QPR Institute). She is a change catalyst and personal development engineer, passionately fueled towards clients experiencing a fulfilling and thriving life. Coaching is a vehicle to facilitate growth and unleash potential to live at the peak by awakening and championing client’s hopes, dreams, aspirations, and purpose with a forward view — current reality vs. desired reality.

Guinera is a former Higher Education professional, with more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, focused in the areas of talent management, learning and development, and employee relations. She is considered a SME in Student Development, with 10+ years of experience supporting the personal, social, academic, relational, and intellectual development of students through influencing, mentoring, and coaching.

The comprehensive learnings and training, skills development, transferable tools, and invaluable life lessons, catapults Guinera her into  divine purpose. She holds an undergraduate degree in Business Management, is an alum of Winning Women Transformational Leadership Program at Pillar College, and completed the Devos Urban Leadership Initiative, gaining  practical and extensive skills in five key core values areas (accountability, balance, interdependence, empowerment, and leverage). These educational experiences continue to inform keys aspects of her personal leadership and coaching especially as it relates to resources, planning, change management, systems thinking, and scenario planning.

Guinera has served the community, including serving as Chairperson of Essex County's ADAPT Interfaith Committee and member of Essex County Prosecutor’s Office Community Justice Advisory Board. She is a former board member of New Destiny Family Success Centers and the Paterson Education Fund. She is the recipient of ADAPT’s 2018 Coalition Member of the Year Award, InnerFaith’s 2017 VISION Award, a graduate of Rising Tide Capital, and a nominee for the Endless Voice Productions “A Woman’s Worth” 2018 Annual Award.
