What is Grief?
  • Grief is the intense, complex response to a significant emotional loss, marked by conflicting feelings and the absence of a familiar pattern or presence. It arises from the heartache of reaching for someone or something that was once a steady part of life, only to face the profound reality that they are no longer there.
